Here are some pics of the Datsun drag truck that I just finished. It is a combnation of the Rising Sun and Scavanger truck kits.

On this next pic take a look at the underside of the hood and let me know if it looks like fiberglass. I used a dryer sheet (used) and glued it with Elmer's glue and then painted it.

Glad to help Dan. God knows I can never finish one of my own, but I do have an eye for different textures and building techniques on others work!

I like the primer front end with the purple fog around the edges. It looks like it was "cut in" but the outside hasn't been painted yet.

Nice truck! I like the "Project" look. I almost bought a 1:1 Datsun like this converted to 4x4 and a 302 when I was 17. Neat little truck and good work!
