Differences in '61/'62 Thunderbird

Am I right in thinking the only difference from a 1961 and a 1962 Thunderbird is the rear chrome detailing. 1961 has three vertically stacked bars whereas the 1962 has them horizontal?

The hood is also unique to a 61. It has two extra buldges that run down the hood from just behind the headlights.

Thanks guys. So how do I make a '61 from the AMT '62? Is there a place to order a transkit or an easy conversion? I was thinking the Modelhaus may have the promo pieces but will they fit on the AMT kit?
