Craig, nice work, that really is something different. What is that little blue truck in the background of your second last pic?

Cheers mate. Yes it was a bit different, as for the blue tuck it's a diecast think it's Jada?? Was used to display the models on.

Mark, that little Datsun is a very cool build. I didnt know they came as a kit.

Chuck, I can see why you had to post so many pics,it would be very hard to pick a favourite from that lot. The little rat tow truck, the old Inter and Lincoln are just to cool for words though.

My favorite model I think has to be Nellybelle. This was the first time that I spent a lot of time scratch building parts for a model. I scratch built the doors out of brass and the hinges are doll house hinges cut down to fit. The hinge on the hood is the scale piano hinge. The box thingies on top of the rear fenders are evergreen plastic. And I used parts from 5 different Jeeps to make it. Here are some pics of Nellybelle

During the build.

I also scratch built the trailer hitch. The correct license plate number.

Engine wired correctly.

With Pat Brady (not finished)and Bullet.

I had a lot of fun building this Jeep and I learned a lot of different skills doing this.
