Ok, I was working on a 1962 catalina and run into some kind of a problem but I can't remember now what it was. So I packed it up and started working on a 1968 Plymouth Road Runner.

I painted the upper control arms last week and now this week I can't find them.

Wow, another kit half done to be packed away.

Sounds familiar.

I'm still finding stuff that was packed when I bought this place three years ago. Can't tell you how many items I now have two of........................ B)

I'm always misplacing parts. I misplaced a alternator once, used a diffrent one, and then found it a couple of years after the build was finished!

I got up from my workbench, and left the room. In the hall, I couldn't remember where I was actually heading. It wasn't the kitchen, since I still had a cup of tea on my workbench. So I returned and sat down again. A minute later, I had to go to the toilet - again!

I'd like to think it is just simple distraction that causes these things to happen!:)

Missing parts I have finally figured out, well at least most of them!

Look in the boxes of anything else you might have had at the bench (even for a couple minutes) during the build of the kit missing parts!

I just found the missing parts to my current build like that!:)

Usually when I go to the basement, I'll get halfway to my workshop... and stop to think about "What did I come down here for?" Most times, I won't recall why until I go back upstairs!

I'm only 22, yet I sometimes forget where I just set my X-acto knife or my tweezers!

And that is why I have 6 X-acto knives, still I can only find one at a time. :o:lol:
