I need help

I need some help from somebody in the resin part of the hobby. I have some hood designs and some other stuff I am thinking of and I want to mold and cast it myself. I need to know what I can get like a starter kit at Hobby Lobby or Michal's for around $20 to $30 dollars and what works best to make a mold . Any help?
