Uncertain T

From time to time I have seen a resin caster that makes an Uncertain T. Now that I want to find him, I can't. Can anyone please help?

The place I'm thinking about had the Uncertain T, several kinds of turbos, and Mazda Wankel engines. Is the Parts Box under new management?
