lowriderphil Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 finished this one just in time for the show next weekend, just needs some good outdoor shots, I give you "Hollywood Player"
W-409 Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 Good looking lowrider! Paintjob is super, clean and smooth! Looks like prefect. I'm suprised if this model doesn't manage in the show!
lowriderphil Posted October 1, 2010 Author Posted October 1, 2010 thank you for the kind words. My skills are still evolving so for now I build just to build with no thoughts of competition in mind.
W-409 Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 My skills are still evolving so for now I build just to build with no thoughts of competition in mind. That's the way of my building too. I'm not trying to manage in the competition, I just want to show up my models. If I win a price, that's just a great thing, but it's not a question of life and death....
MyBradKeselowski Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 Beautiful Caprice ! ! ! Now just twitch your nose for the 1:1, and your ready for a car show...
Railfreak78 Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 That came out really clean. I like your car show style board too. When you feel comfortable you should go back and do a blackwash on your grill to add depth and show off your custom work. Also after that maybe add some color for your turn signals on the lower part of the bumper. Other than that I reall think you nailed a great custom cruiser. Beautiful car.
RatRod Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 I'm not much into the low rider scene, but this is sure some great eye candy!!! Nice job.
ricky12 Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 looks great !!! looking forward to seeingmore of your work at toledo ...
The Modeling Hermit Posted October 6, 2010 Posted October 6, 2010 When I first started building models, half roof customs were rather popular. I've really missed them, because I always thought they were cool. It's good to see you incorporate that into a very clean lowrider. Maybe you'll revive the trend.
