Jeff, i live in Australia and have purchased plenty of stuff from them and never had any problems and Michelle is a first rate operator, and what i have seen on other message boards is pretty much the same thing for her service to the USA.

I've ordered from them before and I was quite pleased with the whole transaction. I want to get a few more things from them when my budget permits it.

I placed an order last year. It took about 6 weeks, but the quality of all the parts was first rate. I'd recommend them!

About 2 years ago, I got a couple of friends to go in with me on an order from them; everything went smoothly, and the order arrived within a month....great stuff to boot! There was a question they had about an item on our order, and I got an email very quickly regarding it. We cleared up the confusion and the order wasn't delayed at all - there are resin casters stateside that can't(or won't)do what they do from 'down unda.'

I will have no reservations about ordering from ThePartsBox in the future.

Nothing but good reviews here. Placed an order earlier this year and it arrived within 3 weeks and everything was top notch castings.
