voljeepx Posted November 10, 2010 Posted November 10, 2010 This is the Revell reissue of the '57 Cadillac Brougham. I wasn't real excited about building this kit due to the fact that it is the original tooling. Guess I'm spoiled by all the newer kits and what they contain. Anyway, I made the best of it and I think it turned out okay. Color is Testors Fiery Orange and the interior is Testors interior gray. The 24's really set this one off. I have made side moldings to cover the seam running up the length of the body after taking these pictures and decided to fill it out. Hope you like it! Thanks for looking and I appreciate your comments!
Harry P. Posted November 10, 2010 Posted November 10, 2010 That looks pretty cool! How about some photos with that side trim in place?

TheCat Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 Ed, that's a hell of a job on a hard to build kit. Love the color scheme on it!! How did you attached the two piece body and detail the interior to come out looking that good? I have this kit but put it on the side because of the two piece body. Don't have a clue yet on how to get started.

Don't have a clue yet on how to get started. After opening my kit, the next thing I said was, "at least I got two figures for my garage. I see now why they don't make kits like this anymore. It will be a re-think process on building for sure.
