Scott,

That thing is a beast!! As for colours, maybe white wheels with blue spokes, top half of the cab white, bottom half of the cab, frame and axles blue.

Scott, I have to agree with Dave, that thing is a beast!

As for color choice, I have to ask you a question first. What color are you thinking of for the lowboy? There are a couple construction companies around here that have their lowboys painted the same colors as their tractors. One uses a red cab and trailer paint sceme with black truck frames and the other uses a totally orange paint sceme on everything.

Hmm, hows this sound? red frame, red and white cab. red spokes, white rims. red and white trailer. with color same spokes and rims.

no chrome, all painted.

That doesn't sound bad at all.

I can't tell you what colours to use,but I personaly like red frames with just about any cab colour.I like spoke wheels painted frame colour or like most real ones white.GMC had some great stripe packages, check those out

Thanks guys, the frame is now red, the wheels are red spokes with white rims,(some of um, have to hand paint um due to depth) i must say it looks real good. the cab will be white and red. i will post pic's next week when i get back. now i can start plumbing the steering and hyd. still a ways from dropping 16V in , waiting on turbos and styrene to plumb exh, and manifolds. i will do some checking on the stripe designs to see what i might like. thanks for the ideas.
