i was lucky enough to find two of the re-issued '70 ford police cars at the cincy show, and i knew i just had to build one for my dad..he is a retired policeman, and here he is in front of his 'new' 70 ford.. i started on the light bar set up, it's not perfect, but it's close.. also started an album in my fotki.. thanks for looking,dave.

I've been wanting to build a Police car like the ones from my home town back when I was a kid.A late 60's early 70's.I have called the police station twice and even stopped by to see if anyone would help me with reference material from that period, and no one was willing to help.It was almost like I was some burden or too much trouble for "just" a model!..

I could care less now.I'll just stick with the only offical vehicle of the town that really matters to me.A early 60's ambulance that my dad drove when he was a member of the rescue squad..
