I don't know if it would work or not, but try the interior from either Revell's 1990 Thunderbird Super Coupe or the 1992 Cougar kits. All three cars share the same platform in 1:1. That's one reason why I don't understand why Revell never tooled this as a stock kit, they already had a nice base kit!

Im 99% positive its the t bird i know you can use the eng bay from the t bird to the lincoln. And definitly revell should have made a stock version of the lsc :DB) B

Yeah, the T-Bird would be my first choice too, but the Cougar would work in a pinch. The only big difference with the Cougar is that straight down rear window which shortens the interior rear shelf.

Not quite. The T-Bird and Cougar went to an IRS setup for '89, while the Mark still had the old 8.8 up until 1992. The Monogram '87 Turbo Coupe would be a lot closer, but it's 1:24, and would need a LOT of hacking to fit the Mark VII body. Believe me- I've tried it! The later Revel T-Bird and Cougar kits might fit better, if you could look past the rear suspension.

Thank you Chuck. Not to knock the info here, but the real LSCs were FOX chassised, NOT MN12 chassis. Being that they were FOXes, the 1994-98 Mustang offerings from both Revell/Monogram and AMT will work, especially the 1994-5s as they were still 5.0L powered.

Thanks to both of you for correcting me. Here I thought all three cars were the same platform. I'm correct that they did have basically the same interiors as the T-Bird and Cougar, right?

As the later MN-12 interiors? Somewhat, as they were far more upscale than the basic FOX. Howeevr, the MKVII did have a lot in common with the 87-88 T-Birds (moreso with the TurboCoupe versions) and Cougar XR-7s.
