Quick Question

Hello all,

I am new to this forum thing so bear with me. I was actually looking around google trying to find a model kit to buy my husband for christmas and I came across this site and thought ya'll would know better then anyone else i could ask. My husband is a huge fan of the SVT Ford Lightning. He owns one in RL and treasures his truck dearly, so I thought it would be really neat to get him a model kit to put together one of his own. I however have no clue where to look to get one. Any help/advice is much appreciated!!

to continue Kris' post .. there is a Revell kit available for reasonable prices on ebay. Just search SVT Ford Lightning there.

I have actually seen them still on shelves here in Ohio. What generation Lightning is his truck, as it will make a difference in kit availability? First gens (square body from the mid-late 90s) are harder to find kits for, and may take some searching. emodelcars, ebay, modelroundup, and even an add here in our wanted section could turn something up fairly reasonable for you.

That's what we're here for, and for build support when he/you start on the kit. Who knows, he might just build a few of them!
