imatt88 Posted November 21, 2010 Posted November 21, 2010 Hey all, I've seen some really killer "how-to" articles in the short time I've been here, but I was wondering if anyone has done one on making broken windshields, and how to make flat tires Cheers, Ian
charlie8575 Posted November 22, 2010 Posted November 22, 2010 Ian, This is a very good start at answering your question. http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=38009&st=20 Charlie Larkin
Hexagram Posted November 24, 2010 Posted November 24, 2010 In the past I've used cellophane or saran wrap folded over its self and wrinkled to make shattered windshields, and I just cut some of the bottom of the tire and melt the rest with a flame to make it deflated looking.
imatt88 Posted November 25, 2010 Author Posted November 25, 2010 Hex, Yeah, thats I used to do with aircraft wheels before someone invented weighted resin wheels Too bad someone doesn't make a flat resin wheel for cars
