TheCat Posted December 6, 2010 Posted December 6, 2010 This first Formula 1 race car that I've ever build. Also it was the hardest model kit EVER for me to build. I don't think I'll ever build another Forumla 1 race car. If I ever do think of building another one, I'm going to build the Tamiya kits. I think it would be easier and a more fun build. All-in-All, I think it came out ok. Besides all the trouble I had to build it. Model Kit: Revell Kit # 07252 Built: 01-01-09 Scale: 1/24th Model Box
CAL Posted December 6, 2010 Posted December 6, 2010 Looks good. It is a very hard kit to build. In addition there are great many errors in the kit itself.

If I knew then what I know now, I may of never built that kit. Oh well, live and learn. At least it educated me for future builds.
W-409 Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 Räikkönen was very fast in 2007, when he won the world champion... Then next years, 2008 and 2009 he wasn't that fast anymore. Now he drives rally... I'm not a fan of today's F1, in the old days they were nice, but nowadays just boring. But because Räikkönen is finnish driver, many people are talking about him... Model is built nicely, there are no any big mistakes, I like it very much and these are pretty hard to build, because there are lots of tricky parts to install, I have heard, that the spoiler is really hard to get nicely to place...
voljeepx Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 I've got this one in my "to do" pile and it never gets started because of all the build issues this kit has, but you did a great job on it! F1 cars are cool, and the Ferrari is the coolest!
davyou5 Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 Oh Yeah! now that's a Race Car, despite the inaccuracies, It looks Great! B) . Ahhhh Ferrari's.. :) .
