eviltwincustoms Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 If are you wanting to build to scale the 1 5/8" tubing would be the .100, about as close as you will get. Myself after working on my custom chassis, this was the best rod to use, since it looked more proportionate, then go with the .80 for the smaller tubes in between if you are building a full blown Chassis and not just the Roll Bar. Google and BING are great search engines, especially if you cont have access to these parts to reference. You can find all kinds of Automotive/Racing forums that talk to specifics. Or even like the other person stated, pull up the Rule Book and that will give you actual dimensions. Best of luck with whatever size you decide to use.
