CEKPETHO BCE Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 In my personal opinion, 48 Fords weren't all that good looking stock, but they look amazing as 50's period kustoms. I don't think many people would buy a stock 48 Ford kit, but this kustom one has great subject matter and appeals to far more people. I think that's the reason Revell made this kit kustom only. Most of them were chopped back in the day anyways, so it wouldn't make sense if Revell put out the stock body with just custom parts.
