Greg Myers Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 (edited) I have a two car garage with two cars inside. I used to build models in the garage. With the kids gone I got a room inside for building. It really was too hot and cold at different times of the year.I've got models stored in the attic ,in the garage and in two different rooms of the three bedroom house. I also have a car parked outside with the paint peeling off. I'd really like to get a Pontiac G-8 GT but I don't want to park it outside. So now it's time to think about moving into a bigger house with a three car garage. Edited January 18, 2011 by Greg Myers
Greg Cullinan Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 don't even go there, I am still trying to figure out how in the world they managed to poop on the wall, like a foot off the ground. They were only like 6inches tall max. I'm in the same boat, just outgrew our home and the toys are partially to blame.
crazyjim Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 I may have a solution for you, Greg. 1) I'll come out there and remove that beater Charger from the garage for you . 2) If you have room on your property, put up a shed. We ran out of room so we put up a 20' x 40' steel building. I took 10' x 20' of it for a hobby room. Besides models, I also do stained glass. The hobby room is insulated, drywalled, heated, air conditioned, stereo, lights, water, power, and was a fantastic solution of where to keep a dune buggy, my Harley, Marcia's Gold Wing trike, Christmas decorations, etc. The other side of the property has a 10' x 20' shed used just for yard equipment. Our 2 car garage houses just our cars - actually an SUV and a pickup. But don't forget - whoever dies with the most toys, wins!
