Death Race 2

Hello i recently purchased the dvd, today i saw it, and overall is a good movie, good explanation, i didnt knew it was the prequel, i just want to hear what you guys think, all comments welcome

Hated it

Didn't know it was a Pre Quel till half way thru it.

Didn't get to see how they built the cars

Story was weak.

acting Weaker.

Filming was too cut, Flashie and quick for most action scenes.

It (to me) just seemed Fakier than the first and I liked the first (own it).

Aint gonna own P2, Glad I rented it.

Actually, it was a third part.

This is the first, then they did 'Death race' which was a lot better and had actually good acting and story to it. So I was interested in Death Race 2, but that was quite a dissapointment.

i liked it they went into the story a lot deeper than the first since the whole explanation thing i honestly thought they hacked a movie together but it was quite the opposite, only thing i didnt like about it it left holes and the sound from the cars was terrible you can tell they were using the V6 stunt car in a few driving scenes

I seen DR1 and when I heard about DR2 I thought it would be lame, but after watching it afew nights ago. I have to say I like it and I like the story line also as that was one of the things I wondered about in DR1 was how did the game come about, you know the origins of the game. In DR2 they showed it and also interducted Frankinstine and who he originally was before what happen in D1. Plus they also showed how they got the cars in DR2 which I was wondering about in D1. But what I find strange is that the Mustang. Carl used mustangs two times in DR2.

im not dissapointed, i like the movie, but i have to agree, that it would been a lot cooler if they have shown how they constructed the cars, also i thought the dr2 would end in the part that machine gun joe blows him up with the rpg and he died,also i didnt like that all the cars were the same, i think they deserve to do a 3rd part
