There are 25.4 mm to an inch... so 1" = 1mm is pretty darn close.

RodneyBad Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 (edited) I got lucky many yrs ago and found these scale rulers. They do work quit well since I built this straight off of plans I made from my 1:1 and it scaled down perfectly. The only ones I've been able to find these days are Flimsy plastic ones. BTW: I guess the company that use to make them has disappeared. Hope they come back or somebody else starts to make them again. Edited February 27, 2011 by Zukiholic
