The KW123 is back out? Oh man, gotta call up my local hobby shop to see when/if they are getting any. Dads last rig was a super-sleeper version of the K123 with the Cat3408 in it! I would love to build a scale model of his rig. Now, AMT needs to re-issue the 40' Reefer and I am golden.

I just got mine on thursday from towerhobbies. The decal sheet is the old Interstate Trucking Grand Rapids Michigan set. I overlooked the kit and the chrome is nicely done. The chrome tree was pretty much the same chrome as the W925 kits and the engine is a KTA350 Cummins. I also recieved two of the reisued Fruehauf Beaded panel van trailers. They have an AMT company decal sheet as well as Round 2 logos with a kangaroo on them haha. I have started building one of the trailer as a spread axle. pics will be coming as soon as I get a new camera. Mine was broken on new years eve by a clumsy but forgiven girlfriend haha. All in all the Reissue Kenworth kit is a gem and i cant wait to get started on it.

I got mine this past Saturday. I bought it from Tower Hobbies. It was back ordered since end of November. I'm new to this forum but I've been building AMT truck since I was A kid (39 yrs old now) I have owned many of these kits over the years and have sold them off, or my ex-wife trashed them, thats why she's my ex. Anyway, In case anyone is interested Tower Hobbies has a few re-releases availible. They haven't changed any of the parts, decals etc. At least from what I can remember. I'm hoping that they will release the Mack Cruise liner with Ryder Truck decals.

Which shop, Scott? I am back and forth between Dayton and Columbus on a weekly basis.

Hobbyland at the Graceland Shopping Plaza. St.Rt. 23 N AKA High Street in Clintonville (Columbus) is where I found that kit. I haven't been to the East Broad Street Hobbyland store in Reynoldsburg (Columbus) in a few weeks so I can't say they have it. Your best bet is the next time you'll be passing thru Columbus call ahead and see if either of the stores has the kit.

The Graceland store has the Bill Signs 359 and the R/G W900 wrecker and several other truck kits as well.

I haven't been to HobbylandUSA in a few months. They might have it, again, give'em a buzz. and find out.
