it is be-leaved that the guys that haul chickens would light up there trucks,so "Chicken Lights" was born.I've hauled enough chickens to fill up Yankee Stadium. No! don't care too for Chicken now day's.

very cool Eric! i like the idea for the red molded ones too

on the subject of lights, i'd absolutely love to see some cab marker lights done in orange or amber resin too that could either have the housings painted or foiled. i hate painting lenses and by the time you clean up most of the one piece chromed housings anyway there's no chrome left.

Look at the lights real close, they do have the housings around the lights, so you can paint them silver or ??? foiling one would be a pain I would say.

my truck building experience is pretty limited but so far the rooftop marker lights in the ones i have built or at least looked over have pretty much all been lousy. painting the housings would probably be the best bet, but with some patience and effort some of the more squared styles could probably be foiled too.

I am with you now, maker lights for the roof cast in amber,,,hummm. That might work. I was thinking the side maker lights like listed above, sorry.
