Ben Posted April 22, 2011 Posted April 22, 2011 1/25 or 1/24 scale? What type? Kenworth, Peterbilt, aftermarket? For a 1/24 Pete flat top, you can use the lower panels from a Revell or Italeri Peterbilt 377 or the mislabled "379" kit and this top from P&P Resins. http://cgi.ebay.com/RESIN-ITALERI-PETERBILT-63-INCH-FLAT-TOP-SLEEPER-PANEL-/380334345818?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item588db18e5a For a 1/25 Pete flat top, you can find that in any of the Revell Peterbilt 359 kits. If your wanting a correct Kenworth flat top, nobody makes one....yet!

Porky Posted April 22, 2011 Posted April 22, 2011 complete bunk for a pete 1/24 scale thanks for the reply.. Hey Gordon I don't know of anyone casting the entire 63 inch flat top sleeper in 1/24 scale, I cast the flat top panel for it to convert the kit sleeper to a flat top, never really thought about casting the complete sleeper when it is so easy to convert the kit sleeper with our top panel. I guess it is something we could do if there was enough interest in it. We will have a complete sleeper in the 36 & 48 inch before too long. Ben Wicker is working on the master parts for those now, maybe I will try to get him to do a 63 inch next. Have you done anything with the 389 hood conversion you picked up from us on e-bay a few weeks ago ??? I was not happy with it the way it was, the mold messed up causing all the mess under the hood so I reworked one and recast it with a separate grill shell, opened the grill up between the bars so you can lay a grill screen in it from the back side, a much better parts set now. If you have not already used the hood let me know and I will send you one of the reworked hood and grill on me. Also we now have an interior update kit for the late model Italeri Pete's, dash, steering wheel and platinum series interior door panels
