Shouldn't be too tough to do, I've considered trying it myself with the AMT '41 and Revell '48 droptop kits. The '41 hood looks like it might need reshaping to fit against the Revell cowl, but other than that it looks pretty straightforward, aside from a LOT of cutting and test fitting.

Speaking in 1-1 terms , parts will interchange . Now as to answereing a question in scale , hummmmm, I dunno. Ed Shaver

almost no difference pre WW2 and post war tooling ..as they had to get a car out and were done building jeeps tanks and planes.
