I was surprised that after some of my friends told me that some of my models made it to the current MCM contest annual issue in the Heartland Nationals section, I opened it yesterday and saw the model on pg 40. A whole page for this tiny 1/43 scale model!...I don't know, this is not I saw any of my models on a whole page, but, for me was very a special moment. This is one of the best rewards our hobby can give us, see any of your models in a national publication like it's Model Cars Magazine.

Thanks Gregg and your great team for select it.

I had the privilege of having that model in my house a few weeks ago for the BBQ.

Here is a pic I took of it.

The dime was mine :D

As always, thanks a lot for take from your time to take alook to this post. It's like to feel all the happiness I have with this. I didn't know that some of you guys, besides Ismael here in Puerto Rico, had seen the model in person.

Thank you, Simon, and Ismael

This hobby has been an incredible journey for me.

Not only do I get to do what I love, but I get to go all over the country and meet new people, see old friends, and see some really unreal models (and get to hear some great music too!).

I must have the best job in the world, only I don't call it or consider it a job.

It's a labor of love.

And just think what the mag could be if I was 100%

Simon, the 312 in 43rd scale is one of my all-time favorite models.

I am building the Superior Models 312T from Make Up Co in Japan.

I know, I'm nuts

Even more nuts

But seriously, your 312 inspires me and I hope a lot of others

Allen Smerchek shot some great pics at the Heartland show.

I am trying to get there again this year

It's always a great show, one of the top five in my books.

Gregg: I'm so lucky that you have this kit. A question that I need to know from it: how much is it?, and, do this kit includes the dome shaped stacks trumpet screen mesh?

Let me know as soon as you can.

Best Regards

I think I paid about $400 for it.

It has everything

The motor will even start up when it's finished!
