my80malibu Posted May 21, 2011 Posted May 21, 2011 I would like to make some Hinges out of Brass sheet and rod material to be able to Open the doors on my E-Duece coupe acn I get some advice on the easiest technicques to form the hinges, About what size they should be, I have access to a shear and bending break. Casey Posted May 21, 2011 Posted May 21, 2011 I suggest you look at catalogs and pictures to get the correct size/measurements, then scale them down to 1/8 scale. Rod & Custom Magazine has done several articles on hidden hinges over the years, with lots of pics. Are you creating stock or hidden hinges?
