Decal Questions

Ok I've seen tutorials on making them but what I am looking for is what are they made of? Are they all water-slide? or is there something different that I could use?

I have two cars I want to work on one being a Nascar-car and the other a big truck(USA-1).

Note: The Nascar-car is to have a new theme. Changing the main sponsor, number, and driver

The big truck will have the same theme as well and sponsor

Also I want to build a diorama and I want something like the stuff you see on speed-shop windows.

And I may be looking for someone to print these, since I do not have the stuff to do so.
