Military style tires

Recommended Posts

Ok

I found my Hogan's Heroes jeep.

Does anyone make the correct military lug pattern tires for this?

The tires it comes with are ok for a civilian version, but I'd much prefer to build it as a military version, preferably with USN SeaBee markings.

Thanks

Would these work Rich?

http://public.fotki.com/cnaind/truck-tires--wheels/dodge-power-wagon/tread-detail-in-rubber.html

They are from Alan at Ma's resin and listed as wheels and tires for Dodge Power Wagons, but look like the tread you want.

If they're scaled to fit a Power Wagon, which should come out as a 9.00-16, they will be too large for a Jeep, which would have a 6.00-16 tire.

Sorry, I didn't know any of that, I just knew they were probably the style of tire he was looking for and was just trying to help out.
