I started this kit back in the 90's when I had just started modeling. I was so frustrated with fit problems I boxed it until recently. I would have liked to start over but instead I decided to just go for a nice shelf model.

Going to be moving soon so I have not attached the mirrors or airfoil.

Moving a large colection is crying time LOL :)

Absolutely killer! What did you use for carpets?

Just your average flocking you get at the hobby shop I used flat paint for the adhesive

It looks spectacular!

Fit problems? I built the same kit and had no fit problems whatsoever...

Quite a few of the hard lines in the motor compartment did not work at all. I had to massage the upper doors to get them close. To a beginner this kit was difficult. I don't think I would have any trouble now days.

Yeah, I guess you're right. This is definitely not a kit for beginners.

Looks great from here...Never heard of this kit. Is it still available?

I think the last release was the Testors and they had to blow them out to get rid of them back in the 90's. I am trying to find another to do richt this time. :)
