Photoetch Diagram Help Needed

I know this is probably in the wrong place, if so please move it to the correct location. I got a Detail Master Photoetch racing seat belt kit here but I didn't get not pathlet on how to work the straps though. It's for a 1/24 1/25 scale model. Any help would be great. Thank you.
