LDO Posted April 15, 2007 Posted April 15, 2007 You know, the type that "you have this scale" and "you want this scale". You go to where they meet for scaling a model up or down. I did some searching but only found charts with popular railroad scales. What I'm looking for today is converting 1/43 to 1/24. I believe it's 1.79 (close enough, anyway). I'd really like to find a big chart to print out and post at my workbench.
Guest roadkill2525 Posted April 15, 2007 Posted April 15, 2007 Try CTT scale rulers and there in hobby and trains stores, here are the scales. 1:20.3 1:22.5 1:24 1:25 1:29 1:32 1:35 1:48 1:64 1:72 1:87 1:160

Smart-Resins Posted April 15, 2007 Posted April 15, 2007 On LargeScaleModeler forum under links is a scale calculator, or you can also go to Jims Dollhouse Pages and download the link to the same thing.I love using this.It has many many many different scales and you just put in the referenced scale, then the scale you want to scale to.You can break it down to the 64ths if you want even, or even metric if thats what you are used to working with.Great thing!!
hookedonplastics Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 Hey Lee, try this sight: http://www.clubhyper.com/reference/calculatorfc_1.htm I used this program to help me create the Shelby posters in my Cobra photo backdrop.
