Ya know, that's just about the size of the Aurora A/FX Javelin slot car... and I know you know your way around slot cars. Just sayin'...

Thanks guys, but while I do have one of those AFX cars, I'm not quite sure what you are sayin' Monty...

I ventured into the MCM Slot Car section a couple weeks ago and saw your post about some new HO cars with white letter tires. I figured that since you were an HO fan and you had the ability to detail something as small as a Hot Wheels car, you might have also taken a stab at applying your talents to making Aurora's slot car more accurate (George Follmer version?) since they're both roughly 1/64 scale.

My sincere apologies if I messed up your thread.

No apologies needed Monty. I am the guy who put the lettering on those tires, I'm the graphics artist for the AFX line. I am responsible for all those graphics, have been for many years. (Ever notice the Scale-Master logos on the generic cars?)

Very cool, as usual. What you can do at such a small scale is crazy... but you should have doubled up on those yellow panel decals... they're looking kinda green... :P

This Sunoco (Javelin?) AMX is 1/64 scale? Get outta here! I can't do this good in 1/25! I've just got the English Hornby Sunoco '69 Camaro to build in 1/32 scale. Now I don't think I'll even bother to try........

I'm impressed... as you can probably tell.
