2002- 2007 Jeep Cherokee/Jeep Liberty

I haven't seen any kits from 2002-2007 Jeep Cherokee, or Jeep Liberty, as Americans call it. It would be great to build one, but somebody has said that there are no any kits from it. Is that true? Maybe I must just buy one diecast model, and make that one look right... Older model is so different, that with my skills it would be inpossible to make that one look like '02-'07... Any help would be great to hear, thanks!

Jeep Liberty and Cherokee (acutally Grand Cherokee in the years requested) are two different vehicles. I own a Grand Cherokee and would like to see if there is a kit too. There were two makeovers in the years you have listed, 2005 and then 2007. 2005 was a major change while 2007 was a facelift.

Maisto made a diecast of the Liberty, I don't know if it's still in production or not. I do know that the earlier Cherokee will not work for a conversion, about the only part that carried over between the two was the rear axle. Everything else is different.

Doug, otuside the US, the Liberty is sold as the Cherokee. I didn't know that myself until I saw this thread, had to look it up to see for myself.

I checked around on my Jeep sites and found one, allthingsjeep, but they currently show out of stock and Maisto doesn't list it in their catalog any longer. There is a radio control 1/18 Liberty on ebay that would take some work to detail it properly. Liberty

That is what I'm looking for. Thanks. I will start looking one of those... I think, I'll find it somewhere, maybe. The Radio Control car is maybe bit too radical, as I like to make something like streetlegal, or original... But let's see.
