The parts trees are normal size, Its all the people. I think everyone in the pic have been shrunk. Just give me that kit engine. 8)

I used to say, "I believe half of what I see, and none of what I hear". Today, after computers and photoshop, I say "I believe none of what I hear and none of what I see" Today, there are too many people with too much free time on their hands sitting in front of a computer screen.

There really is a display like that (or very,very similiar). Somebody on another model board (don't remember who) was part of the team that built it and even had in progress pics of it.

The paint bottle and the paint brush look like they were done "large". The bottle looks like matte board or some kinda board and the brush looks like a horses tail....... 8)
