The model mfgs and a lot of builders have ran pretty fast and loose with the term "Gasser" to describe anything with a straight axle under it! But if you look up what a Gasser really is according to the rule book you will find a big discrepancy in what has been portrayed as a Gasser by the model companies and those designing the kits for them and what a Gasser really is.
