VisVos Posted July 6, 2011 Posted July 6, 2011 wanted to try new things on this one for one no chrome Ive bleached the chrome parts and paint them white or flat aluminum ( windows and bed trim are flat aluminum) also i did lower it quite a bit. it was allot of fun to figure out how to lower it yet keep the suspension detail On to the pics ( white is a u know what to photograph so please take my word for it it is shiny )
Mooneyzs Posted July 7, 2011 Posted July 7, 2011 Very Nice build!!! I really like how you painted the bumpers to match the body color, it flows great. The stance is awesome. I am a big fan of El Camino's I have a '71 1:1 sitting in my garage.
LOBBS Posted July 7, 2011 Posted July 7, 2011 I've never been a huge fan of chrome so I love the toned down look. Great job on the Elky.
mikemodeler Posted July 7, 2011 Posted July 7, 2011 Very cool looking 'Camino and nice choice of colors. The painted bumpers give it a neat subtle look.
Tony T Posted July 7, 2011 Posted July 7, 2011 Great approach...it looks fabulous! The flames are nice, too.
