Re-release of the 1950 chevy P/U

Is or has anybody put together the re-release of the 1950 chevy P/U? What did you think of the kit? I was looking at it I think it would be neat to drop it I was also wondering if anybody sells drop axles?

Trying to answer all questions , uh yes Ed , it's the 1950 deluxe cab version of the 3100 truck . And In dropping an axle on a Chevrolet , easy. one way is to re arch the Spring perches and take out some material. Another is to heat the front axle and add some Plastruct "I" Beam material so you can deepen the axle at either corner . Uh take a look at the A M T 55 Chevrolet Cameo truck front axle for a good example of what a dropped axle would look like . Ed Shaver

The custom is a different kit, and no they did not include any of those parts in this re-issue. They did add a few new parts, a push bumper made from laser cut sheet styrene, and some amber emergency lights, and Texaco decals but it is otherwise the same as the prior issue with the green truck box art.
