It's the Louisville model car club 22nd annual derby city shootout model car contest and swap meet at Holy Family Gymnasium, 3938 Poplar Level Road. Saturday July 30. 9:00Am to 4:00Pm. Free admission 1st contest entry $5 swap meet table $20

Having been able to make it down there for a couple of years. Last time I was there, the show was quite good and the vendors plentiful. There was some good deals and some unrealistic prices.

Hi, This will be the first one I have missed in 4 years. My Dad just got out of the hospital/nursing home and I need to take care of him. Two of my good friends(Dennis and Mark) will be set up there as vendors. Dennis will some very cool old stuff(like a builder johan 1970 roadrunner for $75.00) to sell. Steve

I'm planning on going,but undecided on taking any builds. The swap meet is the best part for me especially when it gets close to time to leave. Vendors will usually cut some great deals to keep from having to pack it back up.
