Ford LNT8000 Snow Plow

I have been doing some research about detailing the ingine on this model and I found a few pictures but I was wondering if anybody could confirm them.

First I dont have the other pictures to go along with it but it appears he didnt use the standard fuel injector that came with the kit.

It is my intention to possibly run the lines from the fuel tanks up to the injector if I follow the path this guy did would it be best if I added a little piece on the end to follow through the lines with or just connect up to where his man made piece ends.

Thoughts?? P.S I hope I am making sense
