Magic Mart

I don't know if the chain is nation wide but, in Kentucky, we have stores called Magic Mart. (Something like the predecessor to Wal-mart). They have a limited selection of model cars and paints. But their prices are very reasonable. The cheapest kit I have found is $10.99 and I think the most expensive I have seen is $15.99. They have a couple of the more popular models such as the Revell Special Edition 69 Nova and the Revell California Wheels 60 Impala. I know Michaels and Hobby Lobby offer the coupons but, if you are not anywhere near one, this helps.

when i lived in hazard ky it was the only place whith in a 2 and a half hour drive to get models after wally world quit sellin them.the down side is same models year in year out?every now and agin (usaly around x-mass)they would get a copple different kits?i can bet if i walked into hazards M M (and its been a year now since i lived their)they would have 68 firebird,71 gtx,69 supper bee,66 nova,viper,newer mustang & 4 common nascar kits??allways had theis kits from the first time i walked in 2 the last lol.

LOL, I need a 66 Nova. That Magic Mart is about 45 minutes away. Maybe I need to go there.

According to their website, Magic Mart only operates in small parts of four states: Kentucky, Virginia, W. Virginia and N. Carolina.

Do they sell moonshine accessories?

I live in Pike county and they are the only place that sells models period. They only have Revell kits and they usually restock once a year right before Christmas but they have a large quantity of each kit.
