Junkman Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 You know what is amazing? How that gent emits having fun with every fiber of his body.
Dr. Cranky Posted August 21, 2011 Author Posted August 21, 2011 I know, I noticed that too. You can tell he is excited with his great talent and creation. There's whole series of these videos. They are amazing, although unfortunately I do not speak Japanese. Not yet anyway.
Harry P. Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 Such amazing details at so small a scale. And I love the way he "frames" his work with the old TV! Too cool! He's a real craftsman, incredible talent.
LAone Posted August 22, 2011 Posted August 22, 2011 oh man, that is really cool. i only wish to have that kind of patience to learn how to do dio's like that. great find virgil.
Dr. Cranky Posted August 22, 2011 Author Posted August 22, 2011 We'll have to learn Japanese. He is probably talking about his techniques, etc . . . I tried to get it translated, but the copy of the video wants to translate from German on YouTube.
Junkman Posted August 22, 2011 Posted August 22, 2011 (edited) I can understand a lot without understanding the words they say. One thing I clearly understand is that there seems to be an aftermarket industry in Japan we can only dream about. I sum our's up with one sentence: Not even proper bloody door handles since 1958.
