  1. Oh, hai... Looks awesome jimmy boy.
  2. Off to a great start Edward. Nice group shot.
  3. Nice, clean and simple. Looks great man
  4. Sweet s12 Del. love the old school feel in this.
  5. I like this. The green and gold combo look good. What green is this?
  6. Thanks guys. Eric, it's true about it "being plane jane" to go from the hakosuka and kenmeri skylines to this boxy body style was a daring attempt to reignite the gtr flame. Although it didn't wear the gtr badge, it still did good in the race circuit with its turbo 4banger.
  7. Haven't post much in a while. But I have been building at a turtles pace. Had some stuff going on in life, but it's all good now. This one took me a bit longer than anticipated, but it's done now. Kit: Tamiya Wheels: Aoshima SSR MKIII painted with Tamiya bright orange Paint: Testors once coat white lighting and Tamiya gunmetal. Suspension: lowered and cambered Interior: Tamiya rubber black and German gray. Mods: cat back straight pipe exhaust, cambered rear axles, bmf trim and cut out side windows. I'll take pics of the interior and chassis later. Thanks for looking
  8. Del! It came out great bro! I have this kit and the day I build it. I know I'll have fun with the decals...haha
  9. Looks great Del. dig the color on it.
  10. Sweet dato. Feeling the old school vibe.
  11. No prob Art. If you saw it, it might have been at the citrus nationals. Thanks for the compliment.
  12. Fantastic build. Gotta love these tamiya kits.
  13. Agree with these guys. 2 thumbs up for them. My buddies and I have ordered a few times. Good stuff and good people.
  14. George Davis you are king! That's a heck of a work place. I just cleaned up my desk space. I like most build in a 5" worth of space...Lols now there's more space till my ADD kicks in again.
  15. Thanks Austin. Dunno man, but like I said I don't go with any hopes for winning anything. I just like sharing my builds with others.
  16. I don't go to contests with hopes of winning as judges don't know anything about the category I build, Imports. From what I can tell, the shiny paint jobs catch more attention. After seeing the ones that won in the category I was in, I feel that if they had more knowledge on the subject, I would've atleast placed 3rd with this one. Even some of the guys that placed in other catagories had asked if I won anything? When I said no, they were surprised. So dunno... Would I change anything?? Nope, it's the look and style I wanted. I'm happy with it.
  17. Turned out fantastic John. As always, the details are the best. As always looking forward to the next one.
  18. It's looking good bro. As for the chassis, they are color matched to the body. They spray some undercoating and then the color on top. Here's my take on the chassis I used the street version kit and made my own flares and front spoiler.
  19. Wow! Amazing work on that 4link. One question, that paper clip u used to bend. That stays inside the tube after you cut it right?
  20. Off to a good start Robert.
  21. Awesome work again man. Keep it going..
