62rebel
Car Modeler ran a cartoon once showing a guy being hauled off to the looney bin, as one of the paramedics explains to the other, "he tried to bare metal foil a '58 Impala!" great job, Nick, it's really going to be a nice one. What are you using for primer, paint and polishing materials? Tony Thanks Tony This car had Plasti-kote Mr.Spray Red Oxide Primer (M-19), Duplicolor Automotive Laquer Dodge Flash Red (DSCC351), Duplicolor Acrylic Crystal Clear (CDA1692) and I gave it one good polishing with Meguiar's Scratch X 2.0 (G10307C) all of which I either got at Canadian Tire or Parts Source, maybe Parts Man, can't remember where I got the Plasti-kote Looks great, Nick. I gotta say, your building has improved incredibly in the past year or so. Keep up the great work! Nick Winter
Well, interior's nearly done, just gotta do the dash and steering wheel.
Nick Winter
Engine nearly done Yep I made a Generator Bracket and a Oil Filter decal, also changed out the molded in oil filter. Nick
Tony T
The interior looks good, Nick. The engine, too. While the generator bracket is a bit thick, it is a lot better than it sticking out in mid-air!!
camaro73
Excellent work on the interior and the motor! I love the seats.
