You might want to look at the AMT Kenworth T600. It has the sleeper cab you want. Maybe even the cab for that matter.

For your modern trailer, Italeri makes a 1:24 scale 48 foot trailer which, with some tweeking will look just right for a 1:25 scale truck. Have a look at the "at the show..." forum topic,

the featured rig is a 1:25 scale Moebius Lonestar with a 1:24 scale Italeri "american cargo" trailer with a reefer unit. I think they look pretty good together.

is that the trailer on the box that has the steer head on it ? you said tweeking could you give a few quick point on the tweeks ? and yes i love the green star and trailer super sweet!!!1

Gary,

This is the sleeper your talking about. It's the Kenworth 72" Aerodyne flat top, it dose not exist in kit form. You would have to take the 60" Aerodyne sleeper out of the AMT Kenworth T600 kit and cut it down, lengthen it to a 72" and modifiy the top of the truck cab to build one. Hope this helps you some.

I'm actually mastering that Aerodyne flat top and daylight door cab. I just need to get back to working on it.

the trailer behind my lonestar is actually the trailer from far west kit...but is the same as the 1 with the steer on side..once you change the suspension bogy and tires it is pretty easy to look 1/25 scale,,and comes out close to a 53'long and 102" wide...Ben i have already done the cab but with studio style bunk...kids014.jpg

Hey Gordon, the sleeper that I am mastering is just like the one in the picture above of the real W900L. Mine has no windows on the upper portion. I am putting the windows in the upper sleeper doors though.

Both of your KW projects look great and a modern KW is sorely needed in the aftermarket. I will grad a couple for sure.
