Camshaft Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 (edited) Man, I can't wait to finish off my pickup and start on one of these! Thanks for posting those pictures, Dave! Edited October 31, 2011 by Camshaft
Harry P. Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 Those are some cool T's, but man, I love the black stocker!
Dr. Cranky Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 I think this kit lends itself to recreating some of those vehicles used in BOARDWALK EMPIRE.
Aaronw Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 Dave, Ed, great models. I just keep finding more neat ideas for this kit. Anyone know of a good source for all things Model T, like adjusting the year or when colors other than black became available? It don't think it would be too difficult to do something like this. That is kind of what I was thinking about, just a little surgury on the cab, and the Lindberg '34 Ford can offer up its stake bed.
Harry P. Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 Actually, Model Ts were available in several colors from the beginning... red, blue, green, gray... it was only from 1918 onward that "any color as long as it's black" became the rule.
Nova-ss Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 Cool looking models.I love the old stock blk builds the most.I have a couple now but have not looked at them yet.Thank you,Chris
Craig Irwin Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 Colors came back in '26 and "27. I have a great reference book, with all of the changes. I'll have to dig it out to get the title.

That would be great. With all the Model Ts kits coming out it would be nice to make the most of them. I hope we get the 1913 delivery wagon next.
Craig Irwin Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 I'm wanting to do a brass era cat, maybe a 1910 or '11 touring car.
