SuperStockAndy Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 (edited) Kept forgetting to post this. I also got to talk to him at the US Nationals, next year I might take the body so if I see him, he can sign it. Thanks for looking! Edited November 5, 2011 by Andy C.

Nitrozilla Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 Andy, that's purdy. One of my favorite all time subjects (after Jungle Jim). The airborne antics at Pomona before the Mini-Charger was scary. Yes, I'm that old. Great start on the motor too.
SuperStockAndy Posted November 6, 2011 Author Posted November 6, 2011 Thanks Joe. Yeah, I saw a picture of the crash and my heart broke

Joe I also remember those times too,but not at Pomona but at Lion's/O.C.I.R.long time ago just curious to rattle your mined do you remember who was that man drove around the mini bike on the track doing wheelies at O.C.I.R. when the clean up crew was cleaning up Jim's mess.

Sadly John, I never got to Lion's and I've been wracking my addled old brain pan to even remember the mini-bike guy, more or less his name, from OCIR. Back in my younger days, if there was any break in the action, I'd run like a madman back down to the pits until I heard an engine fire for the next run.
