Skydime Posted December 7, 2011 Posted December 7, 2011 (edited) Hmm, now ya got my curiosity striken by what may go between the cab and the bed. I think it would also be cool to see it as a long bed as well. From what I see so far this thing is going to be huge. In its day, if people saw it coming as a real truck, they would just scramble to get out of its way. Edited December 7, 2011 by Skydime
hd2500gmc Posted December 13, 2011 Author Posted December 13, 2011 So after a vary crazy week and weekend... I did get some work done on the bed stretched the bed and add a steel floor, do to the wood floor would not handle the trailer...... Here are some pics....
hd2500gmc Posted December 13, 2011 Author Posted December 13, 2011 And here is the trailer....... The 44 footer......
Dr. Cranky Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 Wow, you really smooth that cab and did a great job on it. I'm really liking the way this is going. It's going to be a long, stretched-out build with that trailer.
Skydime Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 (edited) David, every time I see it, this just keeps getting better. I'm not usually a long bed person but, I dig it on this one. After seeing the trailer, I understand why you are putting so much time and money into this build. This is going to be one of those models that one would be proud to display in the living room for a conversation piece when you are done. Edited December 13, 2011 by Skydime
hd2500gmc Posted January 5, 2012 Author Posted January 5, 2012 I am hoping to do some work on it this weekend.... Had a lot to do over the last few weeks, I have done a little on it I will have some pics this weekend...
espo Posted January 5, 2012 Posted January 5, 2012 Your braver than I am. This is starting to look real nice. By the time I got to the picture of the cab in primer I thought you might have found a resin cab or something. I like how you did your fenders.
steve7119 Posted January 10, 2012 Posted January 10, 2012 Really liking this truck and the build keep up the good work!
