Greg Myers Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 I recently saw an episode of GearZ and noticed a built up kit of Stacey's Rat Roaster roadster (1/25th). They showed it a couple times. Well, they had it in view a few times.Anyone else notice this ? It was definitely 1/25th scale.
Guest Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 I think Revell is in the stages of producing a kit of the Rat Roaster. That was the last I heard of it. I think it's a spinoff of the contest sponsored by Revell and Gearz.
Greg Myers Posted December 9, 2011 Author Posted December 9, 2011 That's a given. What I'm suggesting is that they have at least a sample that Stacey David already has in his hot little hands and isn't sharing it with us.
Dr. Cranky Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 I think it will be a nice addition to the hobby.
Guest Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 Will it come with a Stacey David figure? Good Lord!! I hope NOT!!!

Greg Myers Posted December 9, 2011 Author Posted December 9, 2011 http://staceydavid.c...contest-winners Those are all very nice. Didn't see any Rat Roaster though.
Eshaver Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 I would rather Revell spend their money on some other venture as opposed to another 32 Ford variant . The unique parts like wheels could be included within a "NEW " kit . Oh well, I guess I'll get hate mail over this one too .................. Ed Shaver
jeffs396 Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 Will it come with a Stacey David figure? That would be cool, I've been looking for a 1/25 scale mullet
Austin T Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 I think I saw something on a blog about the kit,I think it's coming out in early/mid 2012.
FASTBACK340 Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 I'm a big fan of Stacey. He comes across very personable & knowledgeable. Revell releasing a version of his Roadster is great for the hobby. To me, Stacey is a great representative for us. Now if they would follow it up with the 429 Cougar he built...followed by the Jeep....and then the IH....
Greg Myers Posted December 13, 2011 Author Posted December 13, 2011 (edited) But I saw it. It was in the shop. really, it was. Edited December 13, 2011 by Greg Myers
Greg Myers Posted December 13, 2011 Author Posted December 13, 2011 Either way. I'm looking forward to this kit.Just the parts alone makes it worth while. After all, parts is parts.
gray07 Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 I wished they would do a model of his big 4x4 truck,
