White wall tires with yellow line (Vogues)

I've been seeing these around for a while now, generally on Cadillacs. I've had some thoughts of builds I might use them on and I was wondering if anyone knew if someone was making, selling or casting something like this in 1/24-25 scale?

From what I can find, the tires are Vogues.

I made a bunch. But I am currently out. I will resume making them within a month or so, as I work away from home 1 week, and home 1 , and away etc......

i dont usually sell parts etc that i make, generally just trade amongst friends etc. hit me up in about a month and i should have some done by then.
