Paint removing

<p>Hi I bought a maisto chevy 3100 pickup model. I removed the paint and it will be dark blue. My question is: I painted the grille with model paint. How can I remowe the paint whitout damaging the crhome grille? Thanks!</p>

brake fluid - it wont take off chrome

if your quick or the chrome is good 91% alcohol will allso work - sub merg it for about 15 - 20 min then clean with a tooth brush under water - if you leave it too long the chrome will turn black chrome

If you have used water based paints they can be easily removed with Castrol Purple Power Degreaser.

It's available at AutoZone and leaves the plastic clean as a whistle.

? As far as I know, Purple Power and Castrol degreaser are totally different products. And I know for a fact that Purple Power will remove chrome.
